  • You can take pictures, but please don’t use flash to protect the animals.
  • At 5:00 PM, the last entry is allowed. 
  • Visitors should not touch, feed, or bother any animals or plants in order to keep them healthy.
  • Traffic and pick-up locations may alter transfer timetables.
  • Shared shuttle services only pick up and drop off at certain central Dubai locations, such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
  • On trips that include transportation, you can’t eat, drink, or smoke in the transfer cars.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
