We kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions to ensure you fully understand the details of your chosen tour. The terms outlined below apply to all bookings made through our website and related platforms.

Pricing Policy

We strive to offer competitive pricing, along with the convenience of booking online. Unless otherwise mentioned, the prices listed on our website are per person and do not include gratuities for tour guides or drivers, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, meals, beverages, accommodation, room service, or laundry services. Please note that the listed prices may change without prior notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

Payment Methods

We accept almost all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment is required via credit card, and guests must provide their credit card details to complete the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement as a payment for the booking.

Confirmation of Payment

After completing the payment, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip via email. You can print this slip as proof of payment when presenting it to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that all the information you provide during the booking process is accurate to avoid any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel booked through Peace Land Travel comes with its own specific cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms for each activity before making a reservation.
  • Please note, tourist visa fees are non-refundable once the payment has been made via the Peace Land Travel website.
  • If you decide to cancel a single tour within a combo package, the combo offer will no longer apply. In such cases, Peace Land Travel will adjust the price and refund the difference based on the individual cost of the non-cancelled tour.
  • When booking a combo package, ensure that all tours included are available. If any options are unavailable, you will only be able to participate in the tours that are listed and available within the package.
  • Bookings eligible for a refund, based on the cancellation terms outlined for each specific booking, will be processed accordingly. Any applicable refunds will be issued within 15 working days from the date the cancellation request is received, after deducting payment gateway processing fees or wire transfer charges, where applicable.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a scheduled tour or service, we regret that no refunds—either partial or full—can be issued. This includes unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Additionally, rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.

Itinerary Modifications

The routes and services included in your package may be adjusted due to factors such as local conditions, weather, flight schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative options of equal value, subject to availability. Any significant changes to the itinerary, if required, will be communicated to you prior to departure. Please note that Peace Land Travel reserves the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary without compensation. Additionally, no refunds will be provided in cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters like floods or earthquakes.

Hotel Accommodation & Check-in / Check-out Policy

In the event that we are unable to secure accommodation at your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative of similar quality and price. Regarding check-in and check-out times, these are subject to the policies of the specific hotel you have booked. Peace Land Travel cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in early or late check-in and check-out requests, as these are subject to the hotel’s availability and operational schedule.

Liability and Insurance

Peace Land Travel cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances during their trip.

Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have all necessary documents for their tour, such as a valid passport or ID card. This is particularly important for international travelers. No refunds will be issued in the event of lost or missing documents. Additionally, travelers, regardless of nationality, should check with their local consulate for entry requirements before traveling. It is also essential to verify current visa and health requirements, as these may change without prior notice.
