  • Depending on where you are and how the roads are right now, pick-up times could change by 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Please note that the guest is responsible for paying for meals, drinks, and personal purchases made during the trip.
  • Local laws say that during Ramadan, people can’t eat, drink, or smoke in public during the day.
  • On tours with transportation, you can’t eat, drink, or smoke in the car for health, safety, and comfort reasons.

The tour includes round-trip shared transportation from certain parts of Dubai, a guided visit to major sights like the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace (a photo stop), the Corniche, Marina Mall (a lunch break), and other cultural landmarks, depending on the package you choose.

Are tickets to attractions like SeaWorld or Warner Bros included?

Yes. If you buy a package that includes a theme park like SeaWorld, Yas Waterworld, or Warner Bros. World, the price of the package includes tickets to the theme park.

Is there a dress code for the tour?

Yes. Because the tour goes to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, you have to dress modestly. Women must cover their arms, legs, and hair. Men shouldn’t wear shorts or shirts with no sleeves.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour, you won’t have to pay anything. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will have to pay a 100% cancellation fee.

Are meals included in the tour?

No, meals are not included. But Marina Mall has a planned lunch break where guests can buy food at their own expense.

    For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour time, a full cancellation fee (100%) will apply.


    If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned to your account within 7 business days.

  • Child Policy

    Infants under the age of 3 years or shorter than 1.4 meters in height can join the tour free of charge.


    Children aged between 3 and 10 years will be charged at the child rate.

    Anyone aged 11 years and above will be considered an adult and charged the full adult fare.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
