Important Information

• Children under 3 years enter free of charge.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+); parental consent is required.

• Sky Views Observatory is open for guests aged 12–65; minors under 18 need parental consent in person.

• Wear modest and comfortable clothing at Sky Views (no loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, or loose footwear).

• Both attractions must be visited on the same day: Burj Khalifa at the scheduled time and Sky Views during operating hours.

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early; delays may occur during peak season.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

• Large bags, strollers, sharp items, and electronics must be kept at the luggage counter.

• Peak and non-peak timings may change by season; please check booking slots.

• The visit to At The Top, Burj Khalifa takes approximately 1.5 hours.

• In case of severe weather, the attraction may close temporarily without refunds.

• Prohibited items include food, laptops, tablets, e-cigarettes, sharp items, and wheeled footwear.
