Accessibility and Guest Information

Guests with POD Wristbands: A POD ID must be presented by guests to Guest Relations in order to receive a POD wristband allowing expedited access to rides and attractions. Guests with visible disabilities also have the option to obtain a wristband by showing a regular ID. Only one guest with a disability is permitted per cycling on the ride and must be with an allocated companion.  

Wheelchairs & Strollers:  An ID, an AED 100 deposit, and applying on a ‘first come, first served’ basis are all required to obtain a wheelchair. The strollers cost AED 40 for singles and AED 60 for doubles.  

IMG Worlds of Adventure:  

  • Weekend Timings: Thursday – Saturday, 12pm – 10pm with added live shows, parades, and other entertainment.  
  • Kids shorter than 105 cm can enter the park for free.  
  • Both travelers and residents are permitted entry to all 22 rides available in the park.  
  • Working hours are subject to modification. Maximum riding queue capacity is capped and closes two hours before the park closes.  
  • Most rides enforce height restrictions; be sure to consult the park guide to confirm.  
  • Feel free to grab a meal at any of the 28 food outlets covering 13 different food cultures.
  •  A valid ID must be presented. 
  • Outside food is not permitted.
  • Large bags and strollers should be deposited at the Gate 4 Counter.

FAQs

Are there facilities for guests with disabilities?

IMG Worlds of Adventure and Dubai Frame are services that are inclusive of all customers. Free POD wristbands offer fast-tracked access, and customers can rent a wheelchair for a refundable deposit.

Can children enter for free?

Yes, children under the age of 3 and those under 105 centimeters in height can access IMG Worlds of Adventure for free.

Are there restrictions on outside food?

Yes, do not bring food to the attraction. However, the park has 28 food and beverage outlets with a variety of 13 different cuisines.

What is offered on the weekends at IMG Worlds of Adventure?

Thursday to Saturday, 12:00 – 22:00, there are additional live performances, parking lot shows, and other forms of entertainment.

What about Dubai Frame entry rules?

A maximum of 5 customers (and children) are allowed per group. Large bags and strollers are not allowed and must be left at the Gate 4 Counter.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
