Important Information

• Every visitor needs to have a current passport or Emirates ID; without it, no entrance will be let.
• Online completion of a waiver form for Hot Air Balloon Dubai Tickets is minimum 24 hours before the flight. Send it at Peacelandtravel.com together with a copy of your passport (image format only).
• Communication on pickup time and updates requires a functional WhatsApp number.
• From Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or another emirate, shared transfers are not possible.
• Confirmed the night before the trip, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, will be exact pickup time.
• At least ten minutes before of your pickup, kindly be at your place. Late arrivals could cause cancellation devoid of a reimbursement.
• Traffic and location will affect the 30 to 60 minute transfer timeframes. 
  

  Health, Safety & Eligibility Guideline

• Flying is not allowed for children under five years old or individuals over sixty years old.
• Each guest can weigh maximum 119 kg. Heavier people could need pilot permission and pay more.
• On board will not be visitors under the effect of drugs or alcohol or pregnant ladies.
• Participants have to be in good physical shape, able to climb in and out of the basket, and land in a brace position.

  This experience is inappropriate for visitors having:

• Cardiovascular diseases
• More severe knee or back issues
• Recent major surgery (within six months)
• A phobia of heights
• Any kind of mental or physical handicap
• Heavy bags cannot be brought by guests to the activity.

  One should advise comfortable, casual clothes. Steer clear of heels; use trainers or flat shoes.

  Weather & Flight Policy

• Flights are influenced by the weather. For safety concerns, the pilot fully has discretion to postpone or call off the flight.
• Should weather cause a flight to be cancelled, passengers can select the next best day or get a complete refund.
• Last-minute cancellations will be handled with a 100% no-show fee. There won’t be any refund or rescheduling offered.
