  • You will get an email with your voucher and reference number after you book.

Important Information

  • You must show a valid photo ID or passport when you arrive to prove your identity.
  • Please get to the airport at least 30 minutes before your flight to check in and get your briefing.

This activity is not safe for people who are:

  • Expecting
  • When you’re drunk or high on drugs
  • Putting on plaster casts
  • Having shoulder dislocations or other injuries like them
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes and a light jacket because the wind tunnel can be very cold.
  • Children under 3 years old are not allowed; the minimum age is 3 years.
  • The most weight a person can have is 115 kg.
  • If you don’t show up or are late, you will be charged the full amount, and you won’t get a refund for any parts of the activity that you didn’t use.
  • Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signed permission and a completed iFly
  • Experiences are only available when they are available.
  • If transportation is part of your booking, please remember that eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the transfer vehicles.

FAQs

What should I wear for my indoor skydiving session?

Put on clothes that fit well and are comfortable, and shoes with closed toes. A flight suit, helmet, goggles, and disposable socks will be provided at the venue.

Is indoor skydiving safe for beginners?

Yes! iFly Dubai is for people of all skill levels. Professional teachers will be with you the whole time to make sure you are safe and comfortable.

Are there any age or weight restrictions?

People who want to take part must be at least 3 years old and weigh no more than 115 kg. No kids under 3 are allowed.

Can I bring my own camera or phone inside the wind tunnel?

For safety reasons, you can’t bring your own phone or camera into the tunnel. You can buy professional photos and videos taken by iFly staff, though.

What happens if I’m late or miss my scheduled time?

Please show up at least 30 minutes before your time. If you arrive late or don’t show up, you will lose your reservation and not get your money back.

Are there any health restrictions for indoor skydiving?

People who are pregnant, drunk, or on drugs, or who have had certain injuries like a recent shoulder dislocation should not go indoor skydiving.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
