• Entry into Dibba Musandam requires prior authorization for all participants.
• Our team will collect your passport and visa details to secure the necessary permits.
• Permit processing takes approximately 3 business days for UAE residents and 24 hours for tourists.
• Please bring your original passport (with at least 6 months validity) along with your Emirates ID (valid for 3 months or more).
• Guests should bring their own swimwear and fishing gear if they plan to participate in those activities.
• Carrying luggage during the tour activities is not allowed.
• Activities such as banana boat rides and deep-sea fishing are weather-dependent and may be canceled if conditions are unfavorable.
• Tour schedules can be adjusted due to weather or sea conditions to ensure safety.
• For those without transfers, please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the cruise begins.
• Shared transfer pick-up times might vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic congestion.
• Transfers are arranged based on the selected option, with shared pickups available from locations including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
• Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
• A mandatory border fee of 31 AED per person must be paid at the Oman border.

No refunds will be issued for partially used services or no-shows; full charges apply in such cases.
