OliOli Children’s Play Museum in Dubai is a dynamic, hands‑on museum designed for children (ages ~2–11) and their families to explore, create, and play in a safe, educational environment. Spread across two floors and eight themed galleries, it features over 40 interactive exhibits, including the Air Gallery, Water Gallery, Future Park, Cars & Ramps, Creative Lab, Toshi’s Nets (a striking crochet climbing structure), and a dedicated Toddler area. Developed with input from over 35 artists, educators, and developmental psychologists, OliOli blends STEAM learning with free‑form play and risk‑taking in a thoughtfully curated space. Important Information

  • Each ticket is good for a specific two-hour time period. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your visit.
  • If you arrive late, you will have less time to play, and there will be no extensions or refunds.
  • All attendees must show a valid ID when they enter.
  • Adults must be with children; adults or children who are not with an adult are not allowed to enter.
  • The Toddler Gallery is only for kids who are 23 months old or less. You may buy tickets for this age group right at the site.
  • You have to take off your shoes in some places, although you can buy socks if you need them.
  • It’s a good idea to carry an extra outfit for your youngster because water-based play areas might get filthy.
  • Wheelchairs and strollers can easily get around the museum. There are also infant care facilities, including nursing rooms and change stations.
  • For safety and cleanliness, pets are not allowed on the property.

What age group is OliOli best suited for?

OliOli is for kids from 1 to 11 years old. Each gallery features activities tailored to the age group, stimulating creativity and learning through hands-on experiences. There is also a play area just for toddlers (12 to 23 months).

How long can we stay at the museum?

You can use your ticket for a 2-hour session at the time you choose when you book. Please be on time so that you may enjoy the whole thing. If you are late, you may not get extra time.

Can adults go in without kids?

No. For safety and comfort, adults must bring at least one kid with them to the museum, and children must bring an adult with them.

Should I bring socks or a new outfit?

Yes. Some sections don’t allow shoes, therefore you need to wear socks (which you may buy on-site). It’s also a good idea for kids who are going to the Water Gallery to carry a change of clothes.

Can strollers or wheelchairs go inside the museum?

Yes, OliOli is completely accessible. There are elevators, ramps, nursing rooms, and places to change babies to help all guests, including those with wheelchairs or strollers.

  • Child Policy

    Infants (0 to 11 months) old can enter for free, but the adult who is with them must have a valid ticket.

    Toddlers (12 to 23 months): Each toddler ticket includes one free adult ticket.

    Child (2–16 years): Each child ticket includes one free adult ticket.

    To enter Toshi’s Nets, children must be between 0.90m and 1.5m tall.

    Additional adults need to buy their own tickets.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
