Important Information Before You Visit the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis
Weather Conditions: Dubai Balloon operates within suitable weather conditions since you may soar up to a height of 300 meters. If strong winds prevent flight or the current conditions are unfavorable, the Dubai Balloon may be paused, or guests are given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Flight Duration: Every ride takes approximately 10 minutes; however, remember to include a few additional minutes for safety briefs, boarding, and queueing, especially during peak times.
Dress Comfortably: You may wear casual clothes; shorts, T-shirts, and dresses are all acceptable. Swimsuits were acceptable for Aquaventure Waterpark visitors.
Accessibility: The attraction is both wheelchair and stroller accessible, and guests needing assistance may ask the ground team for it. Make sure your wheelchair or stroller has a functioning brake system.
Ticket Collection: Visitors must first check in at The Avenues at Atlantis ticketing counter to collect wristbands before entering the Dubai Balloon.
Children Policy: Persons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18; children under the age of 3 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Age Verification: To be eligible for a child or infant ticket, you may need to present a valid ID.
