  3. Show your digital ticket—or a printed copy—at the entrance for scanning.

  • A valid photo ID or passport is required at the entrance to verify your booking.
  • Purchased tickets are valid only for the specific date and time shown on the ticket.

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early; late arrivals may result in missed time slots with no refund.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
  • Large bags, strollers, sharp objects, lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, tripods, and large cameras must be checked in at the dedicated luggage counter or are not permitted.
  • Dress comfortably yet modestly; casual wear is allowed, but swimwear or beachwear is prohibited.
  • The venue has full wheelchair access, but service animals and guide dogs are not permitted.

What is included in the ticket for The Lounge?

Your ticket includes access to Levels 152, 153 and 154 of the Burj Khalifa, priority/lift access (fast-track), and use of the outdoor terrace with 360° panoramic views. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary welcome drink (house beverage or bubbly), unlimited soft drinks/tea/coffee, and gourmet canapés/high tea served in the lounge.

How long can we stay during the Lounge experience?

Typically you can stay for the duration of your reserved time slot which is about 1 to 2 hours in the lounge portion. After that you may also descend to the other observation levels included in your ticket (if applicable).

Can children join the Lounge experience and is there any age/infant policy?

Yes, children can join, but infants under a certain age may need to be seated on a parent’s lap and may be free or charged differently (depending on booking). Always check the child ticket terms.

What happens if the weather is poor (haze, cloud, etc.) or if we need to cancel/reschedule?

The views depend on visibility and weather conditions (haze, clouds) and refunds may not be issued simply because of reduced visibility. Also note that bookings for this premium experience are often non-refundable, so it’s important to be sure of your schedule before booking.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
