How to Redeem Your Tickets

  1. You will receive your e-tickets via email or WhatsApp once your reservation is completed.
  2. If you don’t find your tickets, check your spam/junk folder or contact +971 50 337 4890 via WhatsApp or call for urgent assistance.
  3. Show your digital ticket—or a printed copy—at the entrance for scanning.
  4. Please make sure to carry a valid ID if required for verification purposes.

  • Outside Items: Bringing food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises is not permitted.

  • Identification: A valid photo ID must be carried at all times.

  • Validity: Tickets are valid for 30 days from the issue date for the first park visit. The second park must be visited within 7 days after the first redemption.

  • No Revalidation: Tickets cannot be refunded, revalidated, or extended—whether fully or partially.

  • Ticket Usage: The same guest must use the ticket for both parks. Entry will be refused if any ticket misuse is detected at the gate.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are my tickets valid?

Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The second park must be visited within 7 days after using the first entry.

Can I get a refund if I change my plans?

No, all combo ticket sales are final. Tickets are 100% non-refundable and cannot be revalidated.

What should I wear during my visit?

We recommend comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

We had a New Year's Eve event booked, which started at 8.30pm. Muzannil (Hassan) was our driver and guide. He said we would need to leave the hotel early as lots of roads were closing at 4pm. We parked in Dubai Festival City Mall car park. Hassan then took us to where the boat would leave from so that we would know. He then left us to explore the mall and arranged for us to meet later so that he could take us to the boat. We had a wonderful time and when we moored Hassan was waiting for us (we were late). Hassan took us back to our hotel through gridlocked roads. He eventually dropped us off about 1.30am. He was a wonderful guide- told us interesting facts and took care of us.
