Agreement: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Peace Land Travel & Tourism LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the user (“User”, “you”, or “your”) of our B2B travel portal (“Portal”).
Acceptance: By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be a registered travel agency or an authorized entity to access and use our B2B travel portal.
Account: You may need to create an account to access certain features of our portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in attraction, tours, airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

We accept credit cards, such as Visa, and MasterCard. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement.
If transaction is found suspicious by our risk management team and to protect your payment from potential fraud, we are forced to identify the credit card holder before we proceed with the payment. You may be asked to submit identification proof along with front copy of your credit card by email to complete your transaction. If you failed to produce the said documents on time, then your transaction/Reservation will be cancelled with immediate effect.

Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Peace Land Travel & Tourism Portal, the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
In order to cancel the Booking, The Travel Agency Partner is requested to cancel the booking made through the Peace Land Travel & Tourism Portal and to send a notification in writing as well. Once we receive your cancellation request we will acknowledge the same via Email stating the cancellation fee you may be required to pay.
The Booking requests which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled to refund (if applicable) and will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of payment gateway processing charges or wire transfer charges, wherever applicable.

If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.

All content on this website, including logo, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Peace Land Travel & Tourism. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
